My recent project is a collaboration portal system where experts offer there live consultancy to everybody who might be interested in there know how.
Clients contact the experts via every WEB browser opening a Video Chat session, live and face to face. Experts and clients collaborate with each-other live by sharing documents like images, spreadsheets, movies, and a commonly used whiteboard.
Such a session might be for free or charged by a minute price. The client has to buy vouchers (PayPal) in front if he wants to use a non free of charge session. The expert might offer free minutes for an easier startup.
The expert uses a desktop application, available on every platform, to handle the requests, profile, pricing...
There is a complete administration system to administrate the portal including multi-organizational accounts, experts and users.
