Apple & Adobe

In general developers know that there are things browsers can't do, but plugins can. Long before the Flash player plugin get's more intelligent, communicative and "adult" by FLEX and Actionscript3 there have been intelligent plugins, like the OMNIS WebClient plugin. I'm sure it will take a while until other technologies will substitute the necessarily presence of intelligence on the client side. I have seen a lot of AJAX projects failed but I'm thrilled about HTML 5, even it still has it's drawbacks, especially in real time techniques requested by collaboration systems and modern DB modeled/access technologies. But still I'll prefer a clear OO structure of a plugin based client technology, cause it's better maintainable as HMTM(5)/JavaScript conglomerates. I'm convinced the day HTML5 is ripe all global web-design/app players will adapt/support it within their tools.
Regarding the Apple iPhone/Flash discussion I would like to say that Apple isn’t banning anything specifically running on their device, they are banning what they sell on their app store. Will be amazing to see how much game - like apps will disappear in the near future applying their own rules.
Enterprise apps are not dedicated to be sold via the Apple AppStore anyway. So, where is the problem to develop my enterprise software with the tools I prefer, in the way I like, deploy it, even on an iPhone/iPad, and sell it my usual way. Not Apple, nor other giants, define the rules of the market, it's still the market itself (enduser/I-NET user). BTW it's not the first time in history Apple(Steve Jobs) was wrong in his outlook and it's surely not wise not to support the OpenScreenProject .
I use to say „...use and buy whatever you prefer !“.
Even Apple does not change that for me, cause I love my Mac's who saved me so much time of my live since 1984. Time which I would like to continue to use for creativity and productivity.
Redundant to say : "I'm not related with anyone, except my family including 2 anarchistic cats"
